Pre-Manufactured Brick Paver Replacement Steps

standard paver brick, treated and kiln dried structural wood, and high strength

Radius Steps

Radius Steps are essentially brick on the outside and
aggregate (or slag sand) on the inside. The unit
comes as a pre-manufactured brick perimeter bonded to a wooden
base. Loose filler brick is supplied within this shell to
be used later as the pads upper surface within the perimeter.
The base is ported so that water can drain. The Radius
Step is designed to replace the common pre-cast concrete step which
will greatly increase the curb appeal of your entire home.
These steps can be installed easily by the novice by following the
simple installation instructions and using only simple hand tools.

These steps can also be stacked so that a smaller step sits upon
a larger one. The standard height of a step is 7" however, custom steps
are available by special order. Radius steps can be
installed on top of concrete or compacted aggregate.
(Consult dealer for recommended product). On aggregate, steps can be recessed
into the ground to achieve a riser height less than 7”. The steps
are available in diameters of 43", 53", 62", 71", 80" and 89".
These steps are available in a wide variety of color blends.

Radius steps are delivered as an assembled brick
shell containing all of the pre-cut filler brick
necessary to create a radius pattern. Installation
time: about 15 minutes.

Six diameters are available; 43", 53", 62",

Simply fill the shell with base, level & tamp then insert
filler brick using our easy-to-follow installation guide.
No sawing or gluing required.

Stacker Steps (Patent Pending)
|
|
|
The Stacker Step and Porch System enables the homeowner to design,
purchase, transport and self-install their own brick paver creation.
With a properly prepared underlying base, these pre-manufactured brick
modules can be easily installed by two people in minutes.
This system consists of a variety of brick modules that are engineered to interlock
in layers and columns. Each layer consists of modules set adjacent to each other,
nesting together in an overlapping fashion and interlocking to maintain flushness.
The brick modules are defined to either be Tread modules or Riser
modules. Available length is endless. Available height is endless as well, however
local building codes may require railings. The Stacker Step and Porch System is a
portable system; this holds true years after its initial installation.
The system can be installed as a dry-stacked system. Should any separation between
modules take place, it is simple enough to put them back into place.

The modules can be dry-stacked or bonded together using any variety of compounds such
as glue, caulking, mastic, silicone, etc. Once in place, sand should be swept between
the bricks to give the project the finished brick paver look.
Like any paver project, the finished creation can be sealed with a brick paver sealant.
Lying within each riser module are multiple pieces of wood which lay exposed until the
next layer is placed on top of it. Each Riser module within any layer can
therefore be joined together by placing furring strips of wood across them and running
screws through the strips and into the modules. This has value if the time ever comes
to disassemble or move the system. |

Three tread sizes are available for the Stacker Step System.
The largest is the Jumbo Stacker at 15 1/2". The smallest
is the Mini Stacker at 10 3/4". In between these sizes is
the Standard Stacker at 13". Step riser height is 7".
Many step widths are available and they range in size from 38"
to 98". Individual 42" wide modules weigh between 80 and
200 pounds and can be easily moved on a dolly (handcart) and set
in place by two people.
