Brick paving product and construction - Tumbled Antique RB wallstone by hansons was chosen for all retaining walls. This center feature possesses 8 separate miters, one for each corner. The reverse curves also required cuts to eliminate gaps. (Clarkston, Michigan)

Landscape architecture - Raised planters of equal height lie on opposite sides of the front steps to the porch. To the left and far right of these lie planters that are stepped up one more level (far right corner of the house - see photo 276-12). This creates funneling where the eye is drawn to the center of the design. (Clarkston, Mi)
