Unique Concepts Company operates out of Romeo, Michigan and has created numerous brick paving, landscaping, deck, and waterfeature projects in Macomb and Oakland County, Romeo, Rochester Hills, Utica, Shelby Township, Rochester, Bruce Twp, Washington Twp and the surrounding area. We specialize in general contracting and manufacturing for residential and commercial exterior environments. The general contracting services include the design and installation of Brick paving, Landscaping, Decks, and Waterfeatures. For manufacturing, we offer a variety of pre-fabricated products constructed from hardscaping materials.

General Contracting: As a Brick Paving Contractor, we install sidewalks, driveways and driveway ribbons, patios (both raised and flush), all forms of steps and step systems, retaining walls, raised planters, garden edging and fire pits. As a Landscaping Contractor, we offer bluestone and flagstone, boulder and rock formations, berms, ponds and waterfalls, shrubs, trees and flowers, landscape lighting, sod, and irrigation. As for Deck Construction, we make all material options available which include composite, cedar, and treated lumber. In addition to these materials, railing is also available in tempered glass, aluminum, wrought iron, powder coated steel, and vinyl.

Manufacturing: Unique Concepts offers a wide range of pre-manufactured brick paver products. The product line includes "Radius Steps", straight stackable steps "Stacker Steps", fire pit covers, In-Lite brick drilling, and custom alterations of hardscape material when required.

By focusing on what you desire first, we will create a design that will offer the most value for your investment and do so within your budget. Our designs make functional sense and are aesthetically pleasing to view from left to right, front to back, and top to bottom. Much emphasis is put on the balance of the design so that the eye desires to see it all. The designs add interest and intrigue to your establishment by blending with the existing architecture and color scheme.
